What To Expect At Your First Visit

Your first visit is all about you – your comfort, your happiness, and your health.

During your first visit, we will:

  • Review your dental and medical history forms
  • Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth
  • Doctor performs exam

After your checkup, the doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are of high importance to us. When an appointment is scheduled we set aside time, material and personnel for you and when it is missed that time cannot be used to treat another patient. We ask that you notify us if any changes need to be made to your appointment time or date with at least a 48 hour notice.

All appointment reminders and confirmations are communicated by text message. All appointments require confirmation, otherwise they are at risk of being removed. If you prefer another method of communication, please let us know.

We understand illness and emergencies can occur. If you are ill or have an emergency on the day of your appointment and cannot make it in, we ask that you call us by 9:00AM to cancel or reschedule.

After missing or cancelling your appointments 3 times you will be dismissed from our office.
